Our Roots

We are a community based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that encompass a volunteer-based, seven-member Board of Directors, who are all diverse, highly active and deeply engaged in the organization and community. Additionally, there is a dedicated team of volunteers and community partners that take part and aid with community outreach and planning.
